YOUR WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Ellemate machines purchased directly from the Ellemate.co website are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. Registration is required to activate the full warranty if an Ellemate machine is either received as a gift, or was purchased from a location other than directly from the Ellemate.co website.
During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value.
This warranty does not cover PET bottles, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or Condition of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing imitations may not apply to you. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of an other warranty or condition.

Ellemate Holdings LLC provides services to you when you visit or shop Ellemate products at Ellemate.co (“Ellemate’s Website”), use Ellemate services through Ellemate’s website, (collectively, “Ellemate Services”). Ellemate provides Ellemate Services subject to the following conditions.
By using Ellemate Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.
An order placed on the Ellemate Website is an offer to Ellemate to buy the Ellemate product(s) in the order. When you place an order to purchase a product from Ellemate through Ellemate’s Website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you. Your contract is with Ellemate Holdings LLC Without affecting your right of withdrawal set out in Section 2 below, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we dispatch your order.
We offer a money-back guarantee on Soda Makers. You may return the Soda Maker postmarked within 30 days of date of purchase. Please keep your dated receipts for a full refund of the total cost of your Soda Maker plus any applicable sales tax. Ellemate does not refund initial purchase or return shipping charges. Valid on www.Ellemate.co purchases ONLY.
Soda Makers purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.

Our CO2 Cylinders, Supplements, Carbonating Bottles and other accessories cannot be returned or exchanged if purchased from www.Ellemate.co.
PRICING AND AVAILABLITY
All applicable state sales taxes apply based on the ship-to destination zip code. If you hold a sales tax exemption from your state’s tax authority you must submit a copy to Ellemate. You should contact Ellemate Customer Service department at 1-531-300-1700 or by email at email@example.com. Without proper documentation, we will be unable to honor your exemption request.
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order are currently unavailable. If you are charged for these products and they are not able to be dispatched to you, you will be refunded within 30 days.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Ellemate Website, delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
You have the right to receive your product within a reasonable time after placing your order. Products are usually delivered within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from shipment date. Ellemate will not, however, be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Ellemate’s reasonable control. You will be charged once your order is placed.
